Dato’ Azwanddin Hamzah is a dynamic and influential business leader with a distinguished portfolio of leadership roles across multiple sectors including technology, finance, and international trade.
As Executive Chairman of Gigahub Sdn. Bhd., he spearheads innovation in digital infrastructure and ICT solutions. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Global Ordnance Alliance Sdn. Bhd., a key player in government-linked Asset Exchangee/Barter Trade initiatives and strategic defense supply arrangements.
His global commerce experience is further underscored by his role as Regional Director of OCI Limited UK, where he represents Malaysia in the financial and supply chain solutions sector. In the financial sector, he serves as the Asian Regional Financial Advisor for ICS, Switzerland, providing insight on cross-border investment strategies. Dato’ Azwanddin actively contributes to regional economic collaboration as a member of the Malaysia-Indonesia Business Council and maintains strong international ties as a strategic partner to Lanzhou Lanmarch eCommerce Technology Ltd. of China.

Mohd Rozzari Bin Badriuzzaman
Managing Director
Mohd Rozzari Bin Badriuzzaman is the Managing Director of Gigahub Sdn Bhd, bringing over 15 years of experience in the defense and engineering sectors. He has a strong background in leading high-level defense sales, specialising in the marketing of defensive weapon systems to prospective governments and security agencies. His expertise lies in building strategic relationships and delivering customised solutions that meet complex operational requirements.
Prior to his role at Gigahub, he served as the Marketing and Technical Leader at Munora Holdings Sdn Bhd, where he managed all weapon product sales channels, developed strategies for market expansion, and equipped distribution partners with the necessary training and tools to succeed.
He also held the position of Senior Executive and Lead Engineer at BASF Petronas Chemicals Sdn Bhd. There, he played a key role in developing workforce skills, establishing a comprehensive training center, and managing the central workshop to support large-scale industrial operations.
Rozzairi combines deep technical knowledge with strategic vision, making him a vital force in driving innovation and growth across industries.

From the outset, our mission has been clear : to enhance operational readiness by providing efficient, sustainable, and mission-driven management of defence assets,
Gigahub’s core expertise lies in defence asset exchange and structured barter trade, a strategic model that enables military forces to mordernise their capabilities without the ehavy financial burden of traditional procurement. By transforming surplus or aging assets into operationally relevan systems, we help our clients stay tactically prepared while optimising resources.
Gigahub established close collaboration with the Malaysia Armed Forces in areas of defence asset exchange, structuted barter trade, and selected military supply support. Through these partnerships, we assist military units in optimising surplus and aging equipment while enabling access to more relevant, mission-ready capabilities. This cooperative model strengthens force readiness, enhances cost efficiencym and supports operational continuity across multiple domains.
In addition to local engagement, Gigahub is listed under the Central Military Commission (CMC), one of the four principal bodies within China’s defense establishment. The CMC plays a central role in shaping defence policy and maintaining command and control of the armed forces. This recognition positions Gigahub as the first Malaysian company to be included under the CMC, reflecting our credibility and trust standing in the international defence ecosystem.
